Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

Items collected: company name, name, phone number, email, inquiry details, and any end user, department, or job title you choose to provide. For sample requests, we also collect the shipping address, intended use, and requested sample information.

We collect your company, name, phone number, email, message and optional information to respond to enquiries and provide samples. Sample requests also include the address, intended use and requested samples. Submitted information is retained for five years (1,825 days) from submission. You may decline consent, but we cannot accept your request without it.

What information should I provide when requesting a sample?

Requests are processed based on your company name, name, contact number, email, address, intended use, and requested sample name. If you are a dealer, including end-user information will speed up the review.

Are samples shipped right away?

Shipping schedules may vary depending on stock availability and the requested quantity. Depending on company circumstances, samples may be shipped twice a week.

Can I also request product documents or INCI information?

If you provide the product name, intended application, and purpose of review, our representative can check your request and reply with the available documents and the scope of information we can provide.
